Return Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day of receipt.
You can call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.We will determine whether or not to refund the shipping charges based on the cause of your return. If we are liable, we will remunerate you for the shipping. If you are liable, we will not remunerate the shipping. 
If you have received incorrect items or damaged items. Please take clear photos and contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will re-ship or refund compensation.
Before sending back the products, please contact our customer service first for return address.
Return Conditions

For items with no quality issue, please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address.
For items with quality issue or items are incorrect, please contact our customer service with some clear photos to show the problem. Once confirmed, We will re-ship or refund compensation.
Including but not limited to the following situations, customers could contact us for return or refund:

    1)Defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and the major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you have received.

    2) Don't like the item(s).

Return Process

  1)If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer service:service@yutuman.com

  2)To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please email us at service@yutuman.com with your order number, reason for the return, and your SKU number or product name. We'll reply with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3)Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours. (In business day)
Please return the items to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
  4)Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure that it meets our return guidelines. If all is well, we'll process your refund according to your preferred method of payment.
Important Notice

Please refrain from using the delivery address on your package as the return address.Please only use the return address provided by our customer service team.
Ensure that you do not accidentally include non-yutuman items in your return package, as we cannot guarantee their return to you.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages during transit. To avoid any issues, please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping your package back to us.
Refund Policy

-Any misprinted / damaged / defective items caused by our production or transportation are covered at our expense and you will get a full refund.And We will reimburse the return shipping cost.
-Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled before shipping.
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
-If parcels lost in transit, we will cover your loss by issuing a full refund 
-If you provide an address that the courier is not able to recognize, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
-If you provide a wrong address when you place an order and do not contact us to change the address, you will be responsible for all the loss.
-Items returned with obvious use,  may be subject to denial and will not get a refund.
Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How will customers get the return label?
1.For defective products
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier.This is our responsibility
In the box shipped to the customer
2.For customer remorse
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit item.
